After 37 years with the Prince George’s County Fire Department, Senior F/F John Radisch worked his last shift at Station 34. John has worked at 34 for the last 24 years.

John started as a volunteer with our department before being hired by the Prince George's County Fire Department. His family has been a part of the CAVFD for over 50 years with his Dad serving as Fire Chief.

Since being assigned to 34, he has been a great teacher, mentor, instigator, and most of all, friend to so many volunteer and career members of our station and department.

The Officers and Members of the Chillum Adelphi Volunteer Fire Department thanks you for the many years of service and dedication to our department and the citizens we serve.
