...and the locals need to keep warm! It was an interesting night on Saturday, with the Bomberos taking in a total of five priority one stabbings and an additional head trauma before the day was done. However, one of these calls was not like the others...

It all started around 2300 hours, as the Wagon and Ambulance from 34 were sent to 14th and Langley for cutting #1. After taking him to MedSTAR, Engine 343 arrived back in the station to find the bay full of blood, but no patient. PGPD responded to the station and liberally applied caution tape all over the place, deeming the bay a crime scene. The Engine would take in another stabbing at the Tick Tock before being alerted to the Shell Gas station for...yup, you guessed it. The victim had wandered into the firehouse looking for help while the Bomberos were on the first run, and after seeing that nobody was home, grabbed Lt. Verlaque's jacket and hit the streets. A passing motorist dropped him off at the Shell station where Engine 343 promptly responded to find the adult male with one bloody Bomberos Jacket and multiple stab wounds. 348 cleared their previous run and transported the victim back to MedSTAR.

You can't make this stuff up. To be continued...
